Parents Responsibilities

At The Families Choice Childcare LLC, we believe that a strong partnership between parents and our childcare center is essential for the success and well-being of your child. Here’s what we ask of our parents to help us provide the best care possible

Timely Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Drop-Off: Please arrive on time each day to ensure your child transitions smoothly into their daily routine.
Pick-Up: Ensure timely pick-up of your child at the end of the day to respect our staff’s time and to avoid any disruption in our schedule.

Communication

Updates: Keep us informed about any changes in your child’s routine, health, or personal circumstances.
Concerns: Communicate any concerns or feedback about your child’s experience directly with us to address issues promptly.

Health and Safety

Illness: Inform us if your child is ill or has been exposed to contagious diseases. Adhere to our illness policy to help prevent the spread of illness.
Medication: Provide written authorization for any medications and ensure they are clearly labeled and handed over to our staff.

Financial Responsibilities

Payments: Ensure timely payment of fees according to the payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Charges: Be aware of and agree to any additional charges for extended care or other services as outlined in our fee structure.
